Why we do it
We recognise computing as a fundamental raw material for the development and well-being of society in the 21st century.
We seek to democratise access to computing and promote its use for the healthy, inclusive and sustainable development of society. This is our ultimate goal. To achieve this, computing must be:
1. Accessible means that any person or company should have access to computing resources at an affordable cost, at least for a period of time, avoiding costly investments or unaffordable barriers to entry.
2. Comprehensive means that this access should be to a broad catalogue of computing services covering different domains. Such as storage, IoT, networking or artificial intelligence, in addition to typical compute servers.
3. Secure means that these services have to fulfil their purpose always and in the best possible way.
4. Nearby means that these computing resources and services should be as close as possible to their end users. Both in physical distance and in terms of ownership.
5. Distributed means that computing resources should, as far as possible, form a distributed and well-connected ecosystem. Equally distributing the ownership, control and absolute authority over these systems to as many stakeholders as possible.
How we do it
We provide companies and public sector with access to a wide range of computing services through the design, implementation and maintenance of customised solutions based on public and private cloud computing infrastructure.
What we do
We help modern businesses and public administrations improve their portfolio of products and services through cloud computing, data analytics and digital security platforms.
Who we are
We are experts in cybersecurity, data analytics and cloud infrastructure architecture.
Our values
People come first. We put the benefit and progress of people, who in many cases are or will be our customers, before anything else. We advance and benefit together with them.
We play for the long term. While we are agile and seek short-term impact in our decisions, we are fundamentally more interested in the long term and do not sacrifice it for short-term benefits.
We are owners. We never say "that's not my job". We are a team, there is no one job but teamwork.
We strive for excellence in everything we do, to bring the maximum to each task and to complete it in the best possible way.
We have an itch for curiosity. We never stop exploring new ways of doing and improving things. We are self-sufficient and never stop learning. When we learn something new we share it with the group.
We are leaders. We don't wait to be told how to do things. We take the initiative and involve and motivate the necessary people.
We are frugal. We try to do more with less.
We are inclusive. We will leave no one behind.
We think big and act locally. We care about the development of our environment and use it as leverage to reach global markets.
We are sustainable. We do not want to depend on external sources for our development and the achievement of our goals.
We are committed to enabling the ecologically sound development of our planet.

Today's companies face the dilemma of undertaking a digital transformation or slowly disappearing.
Undertaking such a transformation is not a simple process; on the contrary, it is extremely complex. Companies basically face 4 types of challenges that are not easy to overcome.
The first is economic, as the investment required is significant. The second is technical; finding the right technological strategy and being able to execute it with precision requires a broad level of knowledge at the beginning and a deep level of knowledge at the end. The third is an internal culture change management problem. No one likes change, least of all the leaders and employees of an established and probably successful company. The fourth is security related. Doing all of the above while minimizing the risks of a disruption, cybersecurity incident or simply ending up worse than you started requires mastery.
This is the difficult situation that many companies are facing and possibly the cause of why they delay and finally do NOT face their necessary digital transformation processes. We are aware of this situation and we believe that, as we were taught in school, to solve a complex problem, the first thing to do is to simplify it. First simplify each of its variables, and then combine them and simplify the whole.
Once this is done, solving the problem becomes feasible.
Grayhats was born with the purpose of simplifying digital transformation processes, making them accessible and helping companies around us to get better by integrating computing services and cutting edge technology in the easiest way possible.
If we succeed, we will have better, more sustainable and happier companies around us. These in turn will improve others, and these will improve others, and these will improve others....
If we succeed, we will improve the lives of the people who work for these companies and also those who are served by these companies.
If we succeed, we will transform our environment into a better place.
